Last Updated: July 10, 2026

DMS Home Improvement ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website dmsimprovement.com (the "Site"), contact us by phone, form, text message, or WhatsApp, or otherwise engage with our home improvement and remodeling services.

By using our Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or provide us with your information.

For purposes of this Policy, DMS Home Improvement is the entity responsible for determining how and why your personal information is processed.

2. Information We Collect

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and referring/exit pages
  • The source that directed you to our Site (e.g., a Google Ads or Meta/Facebook ad, organic search, or social media)
  • Interactions with our forms and click-to-call button

2.3 Information from Advertising and Analytics Platforms

Because we advertise using Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking on our Site, these platforms may place cookies or similar technologies on your device and share limited information with us (such as ad interactions, page views, and conversion events like form submissions or button clicks) to help us measure and improve our advertising campaigns and website performance. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy for more information about how these companies handle your data. See Section 6 below for details on each specific tool.

2.4 Information Collected via Google reCAPTCHA

Our quote request form may use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA analyzes visitor behavior and may collect technical information such as IP address, mouse movements, and browser/device data, which is sent to and processed by Google. This helps us verify that form submissions come from real people rather than automated bots.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule consultations, estimates, and remodeling projects
  • To provide, manage, and complete the services you request

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text or email communications at any time (see Section 8).

    4. Legal Bases and Consumer Protection Laws We Comply With

DMS Home Improvement operates in the United States and this Policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy and consumer protection laws, including:

    5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

    • Advertising Partners: With Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for advertising measurement and campaign optimization purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
    • Legal Requirements: When required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DMS Home Improvement, our clients, or others.
    • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We never share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
